Does the tiki boat have a restroom?

Yes, we have a restroom onboard for your comfort.

How many passengers do you accommodate?

Our tiki boat accommodates up to 6 passengers. The number of passengers is in compliance with the US Coast Guard (USCG) regulations and includes children.

Who is my captain?

The Nautical Tiki captains are local USCG licensed captains with many years of experience.  Your safety is their first priority.

How long is the tour?

Our regular day and sunset cruises are 90 minutes. Private charters are available for 90 minutes to 6 hours.

Do you provide food and drinks?

Mango’s provide wonderful food and drink options for your cruise. Please call them at 239-395-1001 at least 4 hours ahead of your cruise to order. Your order will be ready onboard when you arrive along with a cooler, ice and cups. Click here to see the menu.

What is your refund policy?

  • 24 hours before departure: 100% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: free rebooking or 50% refund
  • Late arrivals and no shows: no refund.
  • We issue a 100% refund if the captain cancels the cruise due to weather or other safety reasons.

Do you provide lifejackets?

Yes, we supply one PFD for every passenger, including children. Our tiki boats follow all required and recommended USCG guidelines.

Can we bring children?

Yes, children are welcome to join in the tiki fun! All minors 18 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Note that children 6 and under must wear a life vest for the duration of the trip per USCG regulations.

Should I tip my captain?

It is customary to tip the captain 15-25% of the trip price. Our captains are experienced professionals, and they work hard to ensure a fun and safe experience.

Can I play my own music?

Yes, the tiki boats are Bluetooth enabled. Please be courteous. Music that is disruptive or offensive to your fellow passengers will not be allowed.

Do the Tiki boats operate in the rain?

Yes, the tiki boats have roofs so you can enjoy a beautiful cruise in light rain. However, the captains follow USCG rules and may cancel due to conditions such as heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms. Cancellations initiated by the captain are always refunded 100%.
